Powersports Sales BDC Representative

Growing Powersports dealer looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Sales Department Business Development Center (BDC).

We're looking for someone who is passionate about results to support and grow the company's business and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving goals, superior customer service skills, excellent work ethic and be able to discuss products & services with our client base.

Full-time position available with excellent earning potential for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Provide sales support to customers throughout the purchasing process
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads promptly

• Powersports experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,981.00 - $51,962.00 per year
